 Darrell
David founded the HighFLEX concept in 1999 after
an intense study of the way companies deal with rapid,
unpredictable fluctuations in the need for office space.
By utilizing shared tenant areas, he created spaces
that are highly functional, oriented to accommodate
growth or contraction, and easy to occupy. By creating
the role “Tenant Satisfaction Engineer”,
and hiring Faith Herschap, he has put in place a building
and organization with a single focus – helping
our tenants become successful. |
